BlackBerry Torch in White Coming Soon to Vodafone

The White Blackberry Torch on Vodafone, out soon, will be available exclusively from Vodafone UK, and has all the BlackBerry benefits with none of the former drawbacks. The Torch 9800 comes with the new BlackBerry 6 operating system, a 5-megapixel camera with autofocus, flash, environment settings and ‘zero shutter’ technology for delay-free shots. It also has Wi-Fi, 512MB of RAM and a 480x360 touchscreen as well as a full QWERTY slide-out keypad.
Pricing has not yet been announced for the White Blackberry Torch, but is expected to be the same as the existing BlackBerry Torch in black. The Torch is currently free on contracts priced at £35.75/mth. The White BlackBerry Torch mobile is ideal for anyone who’s looking for something different and eye-catching. With the White Blackberry Torch, you can group your shortcuts for greater convenience, pinch to zoom in and out of web pages, easily scroll through web pages and menus with the trackpad, and open two windows at once and switch between them with a finger-swipe.

The BlackBerry Torch 9800, is now available to preorder. The latest BlackBerry handset is due to be shipped out on the 1st October, but it is currently available to pre order before this date - so you can be first in line with Vodafone.
The BlackBerry Torch 9800 is a handset of firsts for BlackBerry.
Combining both touchscreen and QWERTY keyboard elements is an improvement upon the BlackBerry Storm, and makes for fast typing of e-mails in true BlackBerry style.
Other cool features include the latest BlackBerry 6 operating system which offers greater customisation features to personalise your experience to your own needs.
The camera offers a 'zero-shutter', which aims to process the picture as soon as it is taken without any lag. This is often a problem with Mobile phone cameras.
