Unlocking your phone
To see if your phone is locked, just pop the SIM in. Your phone is locked if the screen displays ”blocked”, ”barred” or ”SP lock”. If it’s locked, your SIM won’t work straight away.

To unlock your phone, call your current network provider or pop into a store. (Your current network may charge for this.)
