Launch of Blackberry Storm Delayed

Hello, I have just received this information regarding the launch of the blackberry storm on Vodafone UK.

Please note that there has been a delay to the release of the Blackberry Storm. The launch date has been changed from the 7th of November to the 14th of November.

The decision had to be made due to all the interest that surrounds the device and the sheer levels of pre-reg and pre-orders. The weeks delay will allow Vodafone to ensure that they are delivering the best customer experience possible at the highest quality.

Vodafone website says blackberry storm although delayed is in today(14th) but on the phone today the upgrade department says that the handset is not in and not expected until monday. Who should I believe?
