It is a great time to
preorder an iPhone on Vodafone as they are offering free Vodafone to Vodafone calls as an introductory offer!
Customers who pre-order the iPhone on Vodafone will benefit from free Vodafone to Vodafone calls for the entire duration of their tariff - but this exclusive offer is only available for customers who pre-order the iPhone before January 14th 2010.

Vodafone iPhone 24 Month Contracts
Vodafone Mobile InternetAll iPhone price plans will have a 1GB VMI bundle (1GB = 2x 500MB) built into the price plan versus the 500MB on standard Your Plan VMI price plans. Outside of the bundle VMI will be charged at £5 per 500MB.
In comparison, Orange offer 750MB and O2 offer ‘unlimited’ – although this is subject to an unclarified 'fair usage' policy.
Tethering using an iPhoneThis works like mobile broadband, but instead of using a dongle, the customer connects their iPhone to a laptop using either Bluetooth or a USB cable.
Vodafone iPhone customers can purchase extra data for the following amounts:
£10 for 1.5GB (out of the main bundle charged at £5 per 500MB)
£15 for 3GB (out of the main bundles charged at £5 per 500MB)
WiFi on iPhoneAll iPhone plans will have Wi-Fi built into the price plan, as detailed in the tariff tables above.
Customers can use unlimited data on private Wi-i e.g. at home (although customers may be subject to download limits imposed by their DSL provider).
Customers will have a 1GB monthly allowance over BT Openzone Wi-Fi hotspots available in public places including airports, hotels and coffee shops, such as Starbucks.
Hotspot locations and related information is available at
www.btopenzone.comTo access an Openzone hotsopt, customers will need to use their
www.vodafone.co.uk username and password.
There is a web page,
www.vodafone.co.uk/wifi, which will give users information on WiFi and allow them to register and create their username and password.
Once registered they can use BT Openzone hotspots, if in range, and have WiFi enabled on their iPhone.
If the customer selects BT from the list of available WiFi networks, they will be presented with a BT Openzone landing page – the Vodafone logo will be displayed as one option for accessing the network.
Once Vodafone has been selected, the user will be prompted for their username and password. After successful logon, the user will not be prompted for logon details for future sessions (unless they change their username and password).
